This section contains several important documents.  The intent of these documents is to help maintain property values and consistency and to create a comfortable, harmonious environment.  Without the cooperation of all Dorsey Station homeowners, this cannot be possible.

Each of our governing documents serves a specific purpose:
  • Articles of Incorporation - Original document to establish the Regime ("Regime" refers to the entity, "Dorsey Station Condominiums")
  • Master Deed & Amendments - Property-related document
  • Bylaws - Administration of the Regime
  • Regime Rules - General guidelines for community living & division of responsibility
  • Handbook - Quick access to general community information
