In addition, our property management team is happy to provide interested buyers or agents with a Sellers' Certificate, a Condo Questionnaire, or other information not found on this site.  Contact our property manager (see below) if you need assistance.


CURRENT HOMEOWNERS

Dorsey Station is managed by Sentry Management Company under the direction of an annually elected Board of Directors, and our property manager at Sentry is Mary Taylor. Mary works closely with the board, almost daily, and she is very familiar with our property. Her direct contact information is below. Homeowners with internet access will need to register with Sentry's online portal in order to submit maintenance requests, review options for paying monthly maintenance fees, and more;  owners without internet access should call Mary (see below).
