Built in the mid-1980s, Dorsey Station is a community of 65 single-family condominium homes located within the City of Blue Ridge Manor (Louisville, Kentucky).  It is the perfect community for those who want to get away from it all and yet be minutes from Louisville’s best shopping malls, restaurants, and the downtown area.  Quality of life, community aesthetics, solid property values, and comfortable surroundings are paramount to our homeowners.  It is the mission of the condominium association to preserve Dorsey Station as a desirable community by protecting, maintaining, managing, and enhancing its assets and advancing the interests of the homeowners.

Comprised of both young adults and retirees, we believe we are one of the finest condominium communities in East Louisville.  Against the backdrop of a beautiful wooded environment, we take pride in our park-like setting and enjoy a sense of community that you just don’t find everywhere.
